At the heart of this innovation lies a single motor that ingeniously drives both the fan rotation and the oscillation mechanism. The motor's rotation is transferred to the coupler via carefully calculated worm gears, chosen after rigorous mathematical analysis for optimal speed reduction.

The gearbox and linkages, crafted from laser-cut acrylic sheets and assembled with precision nuts and bolts, create a transparent view of the mechanism in action.
