A beautifully illustrated story helping children understand and manage their emotions
The project objective was to produce a creative work of design to create awareness about mental health among children in India. The final outcome was a children's book named 'Mythili and her Worry'.
The book tells the story of a little girl named Mythili who is initially worried about her looks. As the story progresses, with the help of her mum, she understands how beautiful she is and learns to deal with her worry.
Children often struggle to identify and express their emotions, particularly feelings like worry and anxiety. Through Mythili's journey, young readers learn that their feelings are valid and that there are healthy ways to understand and manage their emotions.
